FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions. If you don't see your question here, please be sure to include it in your online RSVP notes section.

WHAT IS THE DATE OF THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND CELEBRATION?

Due to health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have rescheduled our wedding ceremony and celebration. Please note the new date: July 23, 2021.

May I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Therefore, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire, e.g. suit and tie, sports coat, cocktail dress.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate your making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

May I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures onto their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #FinallyPhillips2020 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

What time should I arrive? Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues? What time is the reception scheduled to end?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm. Please plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior. Also, please allow extra time for Friday evening commute traffic. Tre Posti has its own parking lot, so you should be able to find parking easily.

Immediately following the ceremony, guests will head directly to the garden for a cocktail hour where we will be serving tray passed hors d'oeuvres and beverages. Our dinner reception will be from 7:30-9:30pm, followed by dancing until 11:30pm.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour areas will be outdoors, while the dinner reception will be in a covered outdoor courtyard. The dance floor will be indoors.

Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night and since the cocktail hour will be outside, you might want to bring a jacket or wrap. However, keep in mind that Napa Valley tends to be quite warm and sunny in the summer so please wear appropriate sun protection (sunscreen, hat, etc).

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options? What type of food will be served?

For the main course, Tre Posti will be offering your choice of beef, chicken, or vegetarian entree. We will do our best to accommodate any special food restrictions. Please let us know when you RSVP either on the website or via your mailed invitation if you have a special request.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP two ways: 1) Here on our website under "RSVP." 2) By returning the RSVP card that will be mailed with your formal invitation.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Will last names be changing after the wedding?

Yes, Blamoh is finally becoming a Phillips. Hence, our wedding hashtag #FinallyPhillips2020!
